We hope you all had an awesome fourth of July! Here are a few pics from our fun weekend. Thursday night we had a sleepover with Mr. and Mrs. Croff. They are such a darling newlywed couple! And they make one heck of a breakfast.
Todd and Kerry love to wrestle! Oh how embarassing. . . my husband is totally getting handled.
Friday we spent the day with Kerry and Sarah, and Sarah and I opened our first Costco account. I really feel like an old woman now. I really enjoy all that costco has to offer. . my only complaint is that you can't escape that place without spending at least a hundred bucks.
Friday night we spent some time with the Fam. My parents have a fire pit in their backyard so we roasted some weiners, made smores and lit fireworks. We had a sleepover at my parents that night with all the grandkids!
Nolan is so stinkin cute. I just love huggin and kissin him nonstop. He has the cutest little voice and the way he talks makes me laugh so hard.

And Todd put on quite the firework show for everyone! Last year he burned a hole in his shirt. . but no accidents this year.

On Saturday morning. . we did a 10k which was one of the dumbest choices I have made. We decided to do it about a week ago, and trained for it by running twice last week.
We also talked my sister into joining us the night before at the fire pit. What a sport she is.
Todd's mom and sister have been working really hard the last couple months to complete this race. Hence. . . the reason we joined. We thought we would try and support them by doing it with them.
I was really proud of Todds mom and sister. They did awesome! And Todd and my sister Amber ran the whole thing! I couldn't believe it, so now I am talking them into running a half marathon. Me on the other hand. . . my knee was shot after 2.5 miles, and I paid for it the next few days. But it was still really fun to be there and watch all the old people pass me up.

Way to go on races too, thats an accomplishment for signing up a week before! We all need to get together again, I was thinking when Mandi comes into town.
Dang! Now I really wish that I would have done the Riverton 10K! Good job for doing it!

Jeanette your posts always make me laugh! :) If you feel old for opening a costco account then I'm really old! I've had one for 4 years!! It's the best. I'm impressed that you ran 2.5 miles...I couldn't even do that!

Jeanette I'm so proud you ran! I wish you could run the half with Aaron and I up in Logan. YOu should get Todd to do it and tell him to do some physical therapy on you so you can run again. (dang church ball!)
