Yeah- the semetser ended!

Well, I've got my life back. Fall semester ended on friday and I am lovin it! On friday we made it to Temple Square with Ben and Teea and it was beautiful! I love the lights and the way that it brings the Christmas spirit! And Ben and Teea are some of the funnest people I know! My cute little hubby all bundled up in...... yes...... his duck hunting coat. He is soo cute!
The cute little Lambs! Looks like Ben needs to go potty, but don't worry-no accidents happened.

The Nativity Scene on the water is just beautiful! Pictures just can't do it justice! I just love Teea to pieces! She is just an amazing girl and such a great friend!

Well.... This one is for Tracy and Adrian. They are so sweet and asked how our Christmas houses are coming along. Since they live in Logan and we live here now, I told them I would post a picture and expose Todd's feminine talent. (He'll be so excited about this.) About five years ago, I begged, pleaded, gave dirty looks and finally threatened Todd about painting christmas houses. Ok, maybe I didn't threaten but I would have if it came down to it. Having a little Christmas village is just something I've always wanted. So the fun began- we were dating at the time so we set up a card table in my room, watched movies and began painting. It was sooo much fun and after that first year we became addicted. We've done one house each every year since and this is our little village as of now.

It is a work in progress and we look forward to it every year. It takes us a few weeks and we just work on them an hour or two at night.

Dust snapped this shot last year at our Logan apartment. We just chill in the living room, listen to Christmas music or watch TV and have at it. It is a really fun tradition and although Todd was a little apprehensive about doing it at first- he now likes it more than I do! And he is quite the painter! I'm always done before him cause he pays so much attention to detail- his houses look awesome!

I wish I had this concentration at school when I needed it. Instead I save it for painting time. They are hard to find and we can't just pick some giant house to go in our village, so Todd got nervous that we wouldn't be able to find them in the years to come. So we ordered eight houses last year so that we are set for the next four years. We're such weirdos.

These are our projects this year! With the flooding incident, we got a late start. Todd is doing the airport and I am doing the hospital. We just started this last Thursday night, so I will post a picture of the finished product when we are done. So there you have it Tracy and Adrian, you guys are so sweet to ask about our little ones. We hope you all have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
