BODY WORLDS.....

So we went to Body Worlds on Wednesday night and had a great time! As we were first walking in we felt like we were going to a haunted house or somethin. It was all dark and they had the heart beat playing throughout the exhibit because the heart was the main theme for Body Worlds. It was kind of creepy at first. Everyone was really quiet and all the employees had a serious look on their faces, ya know, setting the mood.
After we got through the entrance, it was awesome! It was really educational and cool to see how amazing the body really is! I am so facinated by the body and figuring out how it works.
There were some really amazing um, I'm not sure what to call them, exhibits that were just the arteries or nerves etc.
My favorite was by far the fetal section! It was unreal! Don't worry, none of the babies were dissected at all. It was just amazing to see the growth that takes place and to know that we could only be created by God.
Well the worst part was No Pictures! Oh it was heart breaking! I was ready to take all sorts of pitures of Todd holding hands with the bodies and everything, ok maybe Todd wasn't so ready but that is besides the point. I really wanted to take some cool pictures, especially to show you guys. Bummer deal huh. All we have are these little notebooks; which we shall treasure.

Well I figured it might happen, but yes I had a nightmare that night after seeing all those bodies. I can't remember much of it, but I do remember I was working in the ER. I had a nightmare the night of my first cadaver lab from my anatomy class too. It was pretty creepy, I want you guys to remain my friends so I won't tell you the details, but needless to say, the bodies came alive.

All in all, I was so excited to go and I'm really happy I was able to. And the best part, I was able to get free tickets from my job! Whoo hoo!
