Payton is 7 weeks old today! Can't believe it! This little chubb a loo is no 5 pounder anymore. I took him to the Dr about 2 weeks ago and he is 10 pounds already!!!! This boy knows how to eat. The picture above is when he was a week old, and the one below is from yesterday. Our little chubb a loo!
I absolutely LOVE this little chubbers! He is such a snuggler, and minus some reflux and upset stomach issues, he is a pretty well natured little guy. Its crazy how much love you feel for your babies. To me there is nothing sweeter in life than snuggling your newborn. He is so sweet and I'm so grateful that he is here and healthy.
Dylan has always been just a runt and NEVER stops moving! So its kind of nice to have a baby that's actually on the charts (possibly tipping them).
Dylan has been such a cute big brother. He Loves to smother Payton with kisses. . ok, he's just all over the poor little guy. That's not to say that he hasn't had a few jealous moments, and there have been times when me and the boys are all in tears, but he has done so well and just accepted that he's not the only child anymore.
Dylan is such a wild boy! He loves to wrestle Todd and often tackles other kids to our dismay. He climbs on everything and repeats everything we say (gulp).
For those of you that know me well, you know I'm slightly cautious of germs. Alright- so I've been labeled a germ freak a time or two. Well when you have a 20 month old boy, things happen that you never ever wish would, and you have to vomit a little in your mouth and go on with life. Two of these instances have prowled upon me just this last month. Dylan has this obsession with Paytons diapers. He likes to throw them away, and if you by chance forget and leave them somewhere for two seconds, he will without a doubt find them. And that's exactly what happened. . . he came out holding Paytons poopy diaper, and whats worse, a nasty wipe hanging out of his mouth! I know! I'm sure you can guess that I brushed his teeth about 4 times that afternoon. And the second mishap- My nephew forgot to flush the toilet and Dylan came out of the bathroom with wet hands! Ahhhhh! As I ran to the bathroom to assess the danger of the situation, to my relief it was just pee in the toilet. Still SO disgusting, but could've been worse right? He is so curious, smart and into EVERYTHING right now. On the other hand, he is so much fun right now and says/does the cutest things. Life is really busy now and sometimes I still can't believe I have 2 kids, but I could not love them more!

Is it just me or do your boys look totally different from each other? Both totally adorable, though! It's funny how some families have kids that all look like clones and other have kids that all look different. Have you heard of the duggar family? They have like 19 kids I think? Anyway, I wonder how many different versions you'd come up with of you and your hub with 19 kids! Okay, now I am rambling. But seriously, cute boys. :)
What in the world is Kateka talking about?? 19 kids? She cracks me up.
Anyway - your boys sure are cute! Other than eating dirty wipes. As they say, "Poop" happens.

Ha! Oh the joys of boys! I think I'm in for similar situations with Carter. Boys really are just so active and into everything! Your kids are so darling! Happy to hear that you're doing well. More than one child sure is hard some days. :)
