What the October?

I can't believe it is October already! I swear you have a kid and time goes by twice as fast! It's been busy around here, but not to say we haven't had a little fun right. Well first and foremost a big congratulations to my cute hubby! He presented his Doctoral Presentation this last Wednesday that he has been working SO hard and for SO long on. It's kind of the big cahoon in graduate school- you dread it from the day you start. He did awesome! I was glad I was able to go hear him (even though half the time I didn't even know what he was talking about) but he is so relieved to have that over with, and it should be downhill from here. He just has a couple months, a few more tests and then two internships in the Spring and we might just be wrapping our school days up!!! Way to go babe!!
Go Utes!
Well little Dylan is just one funny boy! He is so fun and is learning and growing SO much! Nothing makes me and Todd as happy as this little guy. . and he keeps us laughing. He loves to ride his four wheeler around, and likes to take his ducks or other toys for a ride.
He loves babies (which is really good considering he'll have a little brother in about 11 WEEKS!. . whoa). Everytime he sees a baby, he says baby, and he likes to kiss my belly. He also LOVES baby Marissa and swarms her a little. I'm not sure she enjoys it as much?
He loves any animal. . especially dogs. He likes to feed the horses and goes out almost daily to feed the chickens and get the eggs with his Grandpa.
We went to see the farm animals at Thanksgiving point, and of course he wanted to ride the pony. Well this picture was taken right before the wind kicked in, knocked over a wheelbarrow and made his pony jump/buck! I know. .. I think I had to check my own pants after witnessing such a traumatic event. . luckily his dad had a good grip on his shirt and saved him.
We also went to the Dinosaur museum while we were there and Dylan just wasn't too sure about these freaky looking creatures.
He has become quite the big helper lately which has made my life a little easier. He'll throw away garbage, get things for me and even help me cook. I know. . how long might this luxury last?
And get this. . . he even likes to help me wash the dishes!
He is at the cutest stage and is starting to talk a little. He also signs a bit- his favorites: Please and Bath.
Cake for Breakfast? He is taking after his mom already.
And we are not looking forward to this cold weather so much- this boy would live outside if he could! It might be a long winter trapped inside, but I guess we'll bundle and go out when we can.
Baby boy is doing great! He is very active, measuring right on and just a growing. He gets the hiccups quite a bit just like Dylan did. I can't wait to see him, snuggle him and kiss him. We are trying to decide on a name- but what a hard decision. We might just have to see this little guy. So far our top two names are Payton and Tyson. . . tell me what you think?
I'll have to post a prego pic soon, I've been terrible and haven't really taken any. I know he will be here in no time once the Holidays arrive. I'm just hoping he doesn't come too close to Christmas. .. otherwise he'll have a life time of lame birthday right?

Seeing as I'm married to a Tyson, that's the one that I would pick. :) I can't believe that you are going to be having another one soon! Dylan is such a cutie and it looks like he's going to be a great big brother!

WHAT THE CRAP?! 11 weeks? I remember the last time I saw you, you were pregnant with Dylan! Like, Chelsea said... time is flying. Congrats to you both with almost being done with school! That is so exciting. You think, when you are in it, that it will never end, but I guess it does after all!

Oh my what an adorable, smiley little boy you have! No doubt his little brother will be just as handsome! It's so fun to hear what's going on with you guys! It seems like it's been forever since I've seen you, and apparently it has, considering you're DUE IN 11 WEEKS, and you weren't even preggers the last time I saw you! CRAZY!! Can't wait to see a hottie prego picture:)
