April's Adventures!

Warning!!! VERY LONG post ahead!

April has been such a fun month! We just got back from San Diego last night around midnight and we seriously had a blast!

This is my sister Autumn with her hubby and two kids. We had just arrived at the resort we were staying at, and the funny thing is that them and us were at the wrong resort wondering where everyone was. So this pic was taken at what we thought was where we were staying, but apparently there are several Wyndham resorts in Vegas!

Todd and Tania at MGM Grand. Todd was hoping to run into Chuck Lidell or St Pierre, (UFC fighters, most of the shows are done at MGM) but no such luck.

We ate at the Rainforest Cafe, which has a cool atmosphere, but the food is a little pricey. The kids loved it though!

Then we walked the strip that night which is always fun to see all the casinos all lit up, just not as fun to see all the cards of naked ladies all over the sidewalks. My poor little nephews and nieces!

Next Up. . . . Matts Graduation From Marine Bootcamp!

This was the main reason we had this little vacation, to come see my little brothers graduation.

It was really cool to see and those Marines are so disciplined! I have such respect for soldiers around the world serving our Country.

It's a little tough to see, but my brother is in the front row closest to us. He was a squad leader (I think thats what they are called), which made it really nice for us cause he was much easier to find being in the front.

My Mom and Dad anxiously waiting to see him

It was crazy to see my little brother all dressed up, and he lost about 30 pounds so he looked a little different. Maybe I need to join after I have the baby?

His first phone call in three months. . Civilian life was tripping him out a little.

We did a lot of driving! Here, we are heading back to the resort after the graduation.

THE BEACH!

We all had so much fun at the Beach! My only complaint is that is was a bit chilly there, but I guess we didn't have to worry about getting fried right?

It is so relaxing just chillin and listening to the waves. I LOVE it! (And so did Dylan)

Brooke and Maya. . She loved the sand, but the water was a little cold for her.

Todd didn't mind the cold water though. . . that crazy head couldn't get enough of it!

Then we would all come back and warm up in the hot tub!

The resort was awesome that we stayed in! It had a couple different pools, a play ground for the kids. . .

And even a lazy river you could float around in!!! What more could ya ask for!

Me n Brooky at the Beach!

And my sister Amber and her two boys. It was only a five minute walk to the beach from our hotel, and there was a cool harbor with some restaurants and all so we took full advantage of it!

Todd even went out in the Ocean in the dark! I was getting a little worried cause I could no longer see him playing in the waves, but he eventually made his way out. He is so cute! I just love this picture of him.

Love those sunsets!!!

LEGOLAND

Legoland was fun, and its amazing what you can build with legos, but way overpriced! It is definately geared towards small children, even my nine year old nephew was getting bored with it.

But. . .it was fun to see!

I thought this was really cool! They had little cities such as Vegas, New York and Washington all built out of Legos! It was awesome and would have taken such a long time to build.

We had such a good time and I'm so happy we were able to go to my brothers graduation and spend time with family!

Next up. . . Friend baby shower for Dylan!

Isn't that darling!

Thanks to these two sweetie pies! It was so much fun, even though I hate opening presents in front of people. Thanks to everyone that was there, I know Dylan will LOVE everything!

Then Todd and I celebrated our 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! It was just fabulous and my husband is the most amazing man in this world! Here's to many Happy Years ahead!

Easter!

Nolan and Jace are at the stage where they don't smile for pictures anymore. You have to trick them, say you'll count to three and take the pic on two. We had a fun little easter party at my parents house.

And Todd is ready for his baby boy to wrestle with.

Anyways. . its been a crazy and exciting month for us! Hope you all had a great Easter as well!
